Shreeji Insurance LLC acts as an independent intermediary. We represent you by sourcing coverage from various insurance carriers; however, we do not have the authority to bind coverage independently. All coverage is subject to final carrier underwriting and approval.

2. User Responsibilities

• Accuracy — You are responsible for providing truthful and complete information. Errors or omissions can lead to a denial of coverage or claims.
• Notification — You must notify us of any material changes to your risk profile or contact information to ensure continued protection.

3. SMS & Communication

By providing your phone number and opting in, you acknowledge that message frequency varies and that the agency is not responsible for any carrier-related delays or fees.

4. Compensation & Liability

• Compensation — We are typically compensated via commissions paid by the insurance carriers we partner with.
• Limitation of Liability — We are not liable for the underwriting or claims-paying decisions of insurance carriers. Our liability is limited to the professional services provided as an intermediary.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
